Service Delivery Manager, Lizzie, visited Newtown College to talk about Rekindle’s work and services. The college library is running a course of wellbeing sessions as part of the Reading Well for Teens initiative to support the students and build their resilience.
Lizzie encouraged the students to reflect on what helps them to be resilient when facing challenges in life through a ‘resilience tree’ activity.
