About the event

This online information session is designed for professionals who regularly engage with young people. Over the course of two hours, participants will gain essential knowledge to effectively signpost individuals to our services and other relevant local support networks for those at risk of suicide or self-harm.


The session will cover key topics, including:

  • Identifying signs of self-harm and suicide risk

  • Approaching conversations about suicide with confidence and sensitivity

  • Understanding available support services and referral pathways


This session is tailored for professionals supporting young people aged 16-25, including GP surgeries, educators, school and college staff, and third-sector organisations. The session will take place via MS Teams.
