About the event

A calm, no-pressure space to explore simple breathing and mindfulness techniques. If you're feeling overwhelmed, have a busy mind, or just need to take a break, you're welcome to come along. There's no pressure to join in — you can simply use the space to relax. Snacks and drinks will be available. Open to anyone aged 16–25.
